Job Summary
Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance on retail store technologies and computer systems across assigned territories and nationally. Diagnose and fix complex problems for POS equipment, cash registers, and network infrastructure in apparel stores, supermarkets, banks, and specialty shops. Execute product exchanges, upgrades, and configuration changes while communicating with customers and management to ensure satisfaction and minimize operational disruptions. Document all activities using automated systems and manage trunk stock to support client needs. Requires 100% domestic and air travel, ability to work varying shifts including weekends and overtime, and proficiency with hand tools and electronic testing equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 4+ years of related experience
- IT/Technical degree or certificate
- Must be able to travel 100% of the time, domestic and/or air travel
- Operational knowledge of personal computer technology
- Network infrastructure
- Flat panel TVs & monitors
- Cash registers / point-of-sale equipment

- general knowledge and experience in wall-to-wall IT service and support

- Use of ladders or lifts to access roof or inside celling / wall devices
- Ability to recognize and understand the functional and operational use of IT signal and power cables
