Job Summary
Field Service Technician for Weber, Inc. in Toronto, responsible for on-site installation and technical support of Weber solutions. Performs troubleshooting and repair of equipment, establishes communication between customers and Weber, completes service documentation in Salesforce within 24 hours, and coordinates travel arrangements under company policy. Provides recommendations for future services and parts, ensures customer comfort with operational and safety procedures, and maintains professional customer relations to reflect the brand promise. Requires electrical, pneumatic and mechanical skills, ability to work unsupervised, travel readiness, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Industrial Mechanic Millwright Certificate of Qualification (433A) or Industrial Electrician Certificate of Qualification (442A)
- Minimum 3 years of field service experience installing and troubleshooting capital equipment in an industrial environment (food processing equipment highly preferred)
- Valid driver's license (Real ID-compliant TSA alternative for travel)
- Ability to travel frequently within North America and Germany
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of database applications and contact management systems; Salesforce experience is a plus
