Job Summary
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on Titan rental equipment in field and shop settings. Troubleshoot equipment issues to provide on-site repairs while ensuring all operations remain safe and compliant. Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and complete job checklists with customers. Operate a company vehicle legally and professionally, maintaining the care of trailers and tools. Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams while working solo or in teams. Complete required JSA's and follow all company policies. This role supports oilfield rental operations in Gillette, WY, requiring at least two years of experience in the oil and gas industry and comfort working outdoors in physically demanding environments.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding environments
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- General labor experience
- mechanical aptitude
- Ability to utilize a timekeeping system
- Ability to utilize a cell phone for time reporting
- Ability to work in inclement weather conditions
- Capability of lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly
- Capability to work in extreme weather conditions such as heat/cold/wind/rain/snow
- Must pass pre-employment fit test
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to travel less than 10% of time
