Job Summary
Perform field service and installations for customers in a dedicated territory, handling tasks such as door replacements, faucet repairs, motor testing, and basic cleaning. Conduct feature demonstrations and provide customer education while troubleshooting issues and seeking clarification on ambiguous requests. Maintain a high energy and positive attitude, utilizing discretion when examining installation instructions and remaining available for late callouts. Requires a driver's license, own tools and transportation, and experience in carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC. Includes on-call rotation and weekend availability with competitive weekly pay.

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to seek clarification when presented with ambiguous requests
- Troubleshooting skills
- Available to tend to late callouts on occasion

Desired Qualifications
