Field Service Technician

Conduct on-site and remote maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs for water treatment equipment at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance on water softeners, carbon filters, RO units, pumps, and storage tanks while diagnosing malfunctions using technical manuals. Deliver high-level customer service by addressing concerns and completing work orders professionally. Maintain accurate service records, manage parts inventory, and ensure company vehicles and tools remain in excellent condition. Be available for scheduled on-call emergency responses and uphold a clean, safe work environment. Requires 3+ years of mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC experience, a driver's license, and the ability to lift 100lbs.
