Field Service Technician

Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on water treatment systems, including softeners, carbon filters, RO units, pumps, and storage tanks. Diagnose malfunctions using technical manuals and engineering guidelines while delivering high-level customer service and completing work orders professionally. Conduct preventive maintenance and manage parts inventory efficiently. Maintain accurate records, service reports, and ensure company vehicles and tools are well-maintained. Be available for on-call emergency response as scheduled. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requires 2+ years of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, or auto mechanics experience, a driver's license, and the ability to lift 100lbs.
