Job Summary
Field Service Technician to perform equipment installations, validations, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of CSSD and surgical equipment across Sunshine Coast (QLD) with occasional travel to Northern NSW and NT. Provide user/technical training and troubleshooting support, assist Service Manager with spare parts inventory and documentation, and maintain documentation and databases. Customer-facing role focused on delivering high-quality product support, equipment commissioning, and hands-on service across sterilisation and related medical equipment; require hands-on technical service experience, electrical licensing, and ability to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Trade Certificate/Technical Certificate/Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- own vehicle
- willingness to travel within QLD, Northern NSW and NT
- Flexibility to carry out work duties occasionally beyond ordinary working hour
- Restricted or Full Electrical License
