Job Summary
Conduct routine preventative service visits, perform equipment installations and removals, and execute repairs on dish machines, laundry systems, and dosing equipment within an assigned territory. Inspect results, verify chemical dosing, document findings using handheld devices, and manage chemical inventory. Meet targets for routing efficiency and account retention while identifying opportunities for additional products and services. Enforce corporate safety standards and maintain the company vehicle. Complete all required documentation and administrative tasks accurately. Assist with district coverage as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Background in customer service and/or sales
- Ability to consistently lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to operate company vehicles in compliance with fleet policy
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in mechanical repair
- Proven ability to sell value-added products and services
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to install, repair, and maintain dish machines, laundry systems, and housekeeping dosing equipment (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex, multi-disciplinary issues
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service orientation with a solution-focused mindset
