Job Summary
Conduct monthly quality service of assigned accounts including system maintenance, inventory management, product ordering, and service report generation. Perform systems installations and maintenance at customer locations while responding to and resolving all equipment issues. Provide customer training on products, equipment usage, and safety protocols, and document results via weekly service logs. Handle training administration details including setup, scheduling, and record-keeping to meet company requirements. Maintain basic product knowledge and stay informed on service options. Travel within the local market area using a personal or company vehicle with a valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Ability to travel within the local market area using a personal or company issued vehicle
- Valid driver's license
