Job Summary
Install and repair Spectrum services in outdoor field environments, educate customers on their use, and contribute to a long-term career with Spectrum. Entry-level role with training and a career self-progression plan to move from Field Technician I to Field Technician IV with 10% increases at each progression level and bonus payments for completing coursework. Opportunities to earn industry-recognized certification. Requires travel to customer premises and other locations, outdoor work, use of hand tools, and a valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience
- Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record
- Proficiency in using hand tools
- Ability to travel to and from customer premises and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various environments
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and operate a company vehicle
- Strong communication, time management, and reliability
