Job Summary
Install and repair internet, TV, and mobile services at customer premises while educating clients on usage. Solve technical challenges outdoors using hand tools, operating vehicles, and working at heights up to 32 feet in various weather conditions. Travel to assigned locations as necessary, maintaining a valid driver's license and safe driving record. Requires proficiency in computers, software applications, and lifting up to 75 lbs. Earn $20.50/hour with self-progression opportunities from Field Technician I to IV, including bonuses for coursework and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
