Job Summary
Install and repair internet, TV, and mobile services at customer premises while educating clients on proper usage. Solve complex technical issues outdoors using hand tools, climb ladders up to 32 feet, and work in confined spaces or inclement weather. Travel to assigned locations, including during adverse conditions, and operate a company vehicle to reach various terrains. Maintain a valid driver's license and demonstrate proficiency with computers and software applications. Earn $24/hour with immediate progression opportunities and bonuses for completing coursework. Build meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers while supporting the delivery of Spectrum's connectivity solutions across 41 states.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
