Job Summary
Install and repair internet, TV, and mobile services while educating customers on their use. Work outdoors in various environments, utilizing hand tools to solve complex technical issues and overcome daily challenges. Travel to assigned customer premises, company facilities, and other locations as necessary, including during inclement weather. Carry tools and equipment while walking over various terrains, safely lifting up to 75 lbs and climbing ladders up to 32 feet. Operate a company vehicle in changing environments and work with small components and wires. Maintain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and demonstrate effective communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
Required Qualifications
- Work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned customer premises, company facilities and other locations as necessary
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in using computers and software applications
