Job Summary
Travel to customer locations to maintain, install, and repair dispensing equipment, including electrical, pneumatic, and plumbing components. Assemble, troubleshoot, and service machinery while assisting customers with usage and maintenance. Maintain inventory of parts to ensure material availability and act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers to resolve issues and drive satisfaction. Develop weekly reports supporting dispenser and technical service operations for management review. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to climb ladders and lift 50lbs, and flexible hours to support business demands. On-the-job training provided by Sika Corporation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some working knowledge of basic electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical concepts.
- Must have the physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50lbs frequently, and bend and stretch to perform tasks.
- The ability to work flexible hours to support business and customer demands is required.
- Must be able to maintain and perform repairs on equipment.
- Must be self-motivated, manage time wisely, work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- A valid state motor vehicle operator's license is required with an acceptable driver history.
- Must be comfortable driving long distances.
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance or other experience demonstrating mechanical and electrical aptitude and ability.
- Associate's Degree in mechanical or electrical technology a plus, but not required.
