Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of hardware (printers, cash recyclers, document finishing equipment, office equipment, servers, PCs, data communications) at customer sites. Travel to customer locations via company vehicle; manage preventative maintenance schedules; assist other territories; train new technicians; provide timely updates to management and customers; manage parts inventory and paperwork; opportunity to train via in-house or external programs; must be able to travel overnight 5-10% and lift up to 50 pounds. Requirements include two or more years of related experience or training, valid state driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: AA degree or equivalent.
