Job Summary
Field Service Technician role based in Savannah, GA, responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Culligan Quench equipment including filtered water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers at customer sites. The position is customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor, technical skills, and adherence to safety policies. Training is provided. Duties include driving a company vehicle to locations, installing and troubleshooting equipment, replacing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing tanks, changing UV bulbs, inspecting for leaks and malfunctions, documenting work on a tablet or mobile device, and maintaining vehicle logs. Regular and reliable attendance is expected, with emphasis on delivering timely customer service and following site procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer skills
- Experience driving and operating a vehicle for work purposes
- Comfortable lifting 70+ lbs, bending, squatting, and climbing ladders
- Professional, service-minded demeanor
- 21 years of age or older
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools or repairing equipment
