Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for maintaining, repairing, and preparing modular units on customer job sites and in the yard, including repairs and modifications to units, cleaning, painting, carpentry, and component replacement; duties split roughly 60% field service and 40% yard work, with customer interaction, unit readiness for rental, and adherence to branch specifications and quality standards; requires strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and physical capability to perform outdoor duties and lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Clean MVR required
- Ability to pass required background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of maintenance/construction experience
- Strong interpersonal skills in working with customers, vendors, and sub-contractors
- Excellent problem solving and detail-oriented skills
- Basic mechanical skills to work on vehicles
- Average computer knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to read and write to maintain records and inventory
