Job Summary
Field Service Engineer-Service Dept. provides on-site troubleshooting and repair of Salvagnini equipment, customer support and training on state-of-the-art products from stand-alone machines to highly flexible automated systems; duties include on-site modifications, detailed reporting, SOP adherence, and travel up to 75% (with passport and valid driver's license) to US and international locations. Requires a 2-year degree in mechanical or electrical technology or equivalent field experience, strong mechanical/electrical aptitude, PLCs and servo motors knowledge, PC communications, and proficiency with MS Office; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with customers.
