Job Summary
Field Service Technician providing on-site troubleshooting and repair of Salvagnini equipment, customer support and training on state-of-the-art machines and automated systems. Responsibilities include performing on-site troubleshooting and repair, delivering customer training, implementing on-site modifications, and submitting clear reports detailing work performed, open points, and closed points. Requires adherence to SOPs, strong customer-facing skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include a 2-year degree in mechanical or electrical technology or equivalent experience, mechanical/electrical aptitude, proficiency with PLCs/servo motors/controllers, and travel up to 75% (including weekends) with valid passport and driver's license. Travel and relocation benefits are described as needed, with standard company medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and per diem provisions.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree in mechanical or electrical technology or equivalent work experience

- strong communication and reporting skills
- travel up to 75%, passport and valid driver's license
- experience with mechanical/electrical systems (conveyors, gears, hydraulics, PLCs, servo motors, controllers)
