Job Summary
The Remote Service Technician travels to customer homes/sites to assist with warranty issues, conduct repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction with home inspections and maintenance. Responsibilities include conducting trim-out of homes, repairing/installing plumbing, electrical, and flooring, and performing final inspections with customers. The role requires effective communication, adherence to safety policies, and maintaining a professional appearance while operating a company vehicle. Candidates should hold a valid driver’s license and have at least one year of relevant construction and driving experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must hold a valid Driver License and maintain an acceptable driving record
- Must successfully pass pre-employment physical, background verification, and drug screen
- Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable ability to effectively prioritize, plan, organize, and manage tasks
- Demonstrable ability to exhibit patience and empathy
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of construction experience, such as repair and installation of framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and drywall
- At least one year of experience operating a van and/or box truck
