Job Summary
Field Service Technician at FESCO responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment at customer locations, performing preventative maintenance inspections, and responding to emergency service calls. Requires strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills, excellent customer communication, ability to work on-call, maintain the service vehicle, and complete documentation. Training participation and a background check with drug screen are required. Chattanooga, TN-based on-site role with opportunities to identify additional service opportunities within existing accounts.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience cooking, refrigeration, or HVAC equipment service (or related military) experience
- Strong electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills
- Extremely strong customer communication skills
- 100% dedication to working hard, being on time, and staying organized
- Maintain a good personal appearance
- Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required.
- Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
