The position emphasizes achieving first-time fixes, maintaining high customer satisfaction, documenting service and expense reports, and collaborating with regional/national teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal operation. Candidate should have electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience, ability to read schematics, proficiency with multimeters, and strong communication skills; prior military or veteran background is encouraged.
