Job Summary
Field Service Technician for Power division responsible for diagnosing mechanical problems on Caterpillar equipment in the field, performing repairs to Cat equipment to established time standards, maintaining high-quality workmanship, and building trusted customer relationships through on-site visits. Requires valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License (Provincial standards); Red Seal truck and transport preferred; 1-3 years of heavy equipment repair/service experience; familiarity with Cat systems (ET and SIS beneficial); opportunities across Eastern Canada with flexible schedules; emphasis on safety and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications
- A valid 421A Heavy Equipment Technician License relative to this position (Provincial standards)
- Red seal truck and transport, preferred
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in repair and service of heavy equipment both in the shop and in the field
- Familiarity with Cat systems (ET and SIS would be beneficial)
