Field Service Technician

Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair automatic pool cover systems at residential homes. Perform service operations according to work orders and service requests. Verify job site measurements prior to installations. Diagnose and repair mechanical or electrical issues with pool cover systems. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Provide professional and courteous customer service during all client interactions. Recommend system upgrades, replacement covers, or additional repairs to improve safety and performance. Complete service documentation, recording work completed and parts used. Communicate follow-up service needs when required. Assist with training and supervising field service helpers when needed. Ensure service vehicles are stocked with required parts and tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and work areas. Perform preventative maintenance on company vehicles and report issues to the Fleet Manager. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times. Perform other duties as assigned.
