Job Summary
Install and repair automatic pool cover systems at residential homes, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues while performing routine maintenance. Follow work orders to complete jobs accurately, provide professional customer service, and recommend upgrades for improved safety. Maintain the company vehicle and tools, complete service documentation, and assist with training newer team members. This full-time, year-round role includes paid training, a company vehicle, and above-average pay. Valid driver's license and strong mechanical aptitude are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn and participate in hands-on training
- Ability to travel locally to customer job sites daily
- High school diploma or GED
