Job Summary
Culligan Water is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment products in homes and businesses. Responsibilities include performing diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot equipment, installing/upgrading/maintaining equipment, completing paperwork accurately, assisting with delivery/installation, maintaining company vehicles/tools/equipment, and upholding safety and Culligan policies. The role requires plumbing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle physical tasks. Comprehensive training is provided to launch your career in water treatment. Location is Wilmington, NC with in-person service responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Plumbing experience is necessary (working under P-1 licensed contractor)
- Minimum two years of installation and maintenance experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift/move 50-75 lbs
