Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment, installing and configuring software and hardware peripherals at customer sites, and training customers on equipment usage. Role includes contributing to revenue through sales leads and earned commissions, delivering solutions both remotely and onsite, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge. Requires strong communication, the ability to analyze hardware/software problems, and the flexibility to travel within the territory (within 2 hours of Fort Wayne, IN). Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift up to 55 lbs, and pass pre-employment checks and vaccination requirements. The position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm with potential overtime; company car may be provided depending on the territory.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Ability to travel to customer sites within service area (and beyond as required)
