Job Summary
Field Service Technician position supporting Pitney Bowes customers in the Phoenix area. You will install and configure software and hardware peripherals at customer sites, provide end-user training, and generate revenue through sales leads and billable services. Work primarily onsite with travel to multiple customer locations within a 2-hour radius of Phoenix, with occasional overtime. Must be able to work independently and with a team, stay current on industry knowledge, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 55 lbs, pre-employment drug screen, background check, and COVID-19 vaccination.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Criminal background check
- Pre-employment drug screen
- COVID-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
- Willingness to travel to multiple customer locations within 2 hours of Phoenix, AZ
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Understanding of DB connectivity and network configuration
- Experience with software/hardware installation and end-user training
