Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform service activities at job sites for customer and sales and rental fleet equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, traveling to customer sites for maintenance and repairs, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and repairing various components. The candidate should possess an Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or a related field, and have at least 6 years of experience in heavy equipment repair. A valid driver’s license is required, and the ability to obtain CDL certification is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or related field preferred
- 6 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or equivalent education and work experience
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
- Willingness to become CDL certified with DOT Medical Card
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in heavy equipment repair
- Ability to analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions
- Customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use service software
