Job Summary
Field Service Technician installs, maintains, and repairs Culligan Quench water filtration equipment at customer locations in Pelham, AL. The role is customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor, technical skill, and safe-work practices. Responsibilities include driving a company vehicle to sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; routinely replacing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing tanks, changing UV bulbs, and clearing water lines; inspecting for leaks or malfunctions; following safety policies and site procedures; maintaining the company vehicle and logs; safely transporting tools and equipment; documenting service work using a tablet or mobile device; providing professional and timely customer service at each site visit; and maintaining regular and reliable attendance. Training will be provided to ensure success in the position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical school training preferred)
- Valid, active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with tools or equipment
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs, bend, squat, climb ladders
- Customer-service oriented demeanor
