Field Service Technician

Job Summary
Operate and maintain state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding systems, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment at customer sites. Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies using robotic vision systems while managing inventory of parts and completed assemblies. Record and analyze data to facilitate engineering-driven issue resolution and interface with customers to optimize equipment efficiency. Service pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices, integrating autonomous welding cells into diverse manufacturing processes. Travel extensively (75%+ of the time) to support these field operations.
Required Qualifications
- Technical training, Trade School certification, Associate degree in Engineering Tech, or equivalent industry experience
- Hands-on experience in the design, assembly, and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems, preferably in manufacturing equipment
- Willingness to travel extensively (75%+ of the time) to customer sites

- Familiarity with fabrication or machine shop processes
