Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for repairing, maintaining, and servicing office equipment (multifunction devices) within a defined Michigan territory (Oscoda to Alpena). Drive company vehicle with gas card, provide on-site service, diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, maintain inventory and service documentation, follow safety guidelines, collaborate with technicians and internal teams, and represent Applied Innovation professionally while delivering excellent customer service. Training provided; prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus but not required.
Required Qualifications
