Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mail opening, document scanning, and material handling equipment at client sites. Install and set up new equipment while interacting with customers to diagnose problems and keep them informed during repairs. Submit weekly online timecards and expense reports, and coordinate with management to analyze and correct equipment performance issues. Requires a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift heavy parts in office or warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Possessing a driver's license, insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Must have the ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently
- Must have the ability to lift heavy machine parts while on duty
