Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mail opening, document scanning, and material handling equipment at client sites. Install new equipment and interact with customers to diagnose problems and answer questions during repairs. Complete field service reports, weekly timecards, and expense reports while keeping clients informed of progress. Analyze and correct equipment performance issues with management and other personnel. Requires a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and ability to lift heavy parts in office or warehouse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Possessing a driver's license, insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Must have the ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently
- Must have the ability to lift heavy machine parts while on duty
- Must be able to maneuver a job site, including small spaces in around our equipment
