Field Service Technician

Job Summary
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mail opening, document scanning, and material handling equipment. Key duties include installing and setting up new equipment, interacting with customers to determine and solve problems, completing field service reports, and communicating repairs as they progress. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to lift heavy parts, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics and/or equivalent hands-on job experience
- Possessing a driver’s license, insurance and a reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds independently
- Ability to maneuver a job site, including small spaces in around equipment
