Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair arcade and amusement machines at client locations including movie theaters, hotels, and entertainment venues. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues involving wiring, sensors, and component replacements while performing preventative maintenance to ensure full operational status. Assist with new equipment installations, game conversions, prize merchandise refills, and cash/coin collection deposits. Complete service logs and communicate equipment issues to management, maintaining clean and secure installations. Provide professional service to venue staff and guests. This Florida-based role requires 2+ years of mechanical or electrical repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Initial training involves 75% travel across company locations before transitioning to a Florida service territory with 25–40% average travel.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of mechanical, electrical, or electro-mechanical repair experience (arcade, vending, appliances, automotive, or similar equipment)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and manage service routes
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical service work
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through
- High level of trustworthiness and accountability (this role may involve handling cash collections)
- Travel required during initial training (approximately 75% for the first 60–90 days)
- After training, travel typically averages 25–40% depending on service needs
