Field Service Technician

Install, commission, test, calibrate, and troubleshoot NOV products at customer sites. Conduct field installations, system calibrations, and operational testing while performing software and hardware upgrades to ensure efficient system operation. Train customers on the safe and proper operation, maintenance, and functionality of equipment. Accurately complete and submit field service reports, inspection records, and other required documentation. Communicate equipment failures, customer feedback, and field observations to internal teams while providing technical support with a customer-focused approach. Adhere to all NOV HSE policies, procedures, and quality standards.
