Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for in-store and mobile sales, service and repair of products. Source and order parts, diagnose and repair small engines, and maintain knowledge of national/private label brands. Travel locally and regionally up to 50% with occasional overnight stays. Requires 3+ years of engine repair experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong troubleshooting and customer-communication skills. Safety-conscious with the ability to work across service and repair duties and to operate with integrity within a team-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience repairing and maintaining small engines (2-year certification preferred)
- The skills to clearly explain the diagnosis and repair of the machine to the customer
- State driver’s license and any required qualifications to operate the mobile service vehicle
