Job Summary
Provide onsite support, installations, and troubleshooting at customer locations across the United States, diagnosing and resolving issues to ensure equipment meets expectations. Manage service tickets, answer direct customer inquiries, and assist with process improvement while discerning warranty versus customer expense claims. Lead or support team members during runoff, installation, and rework activities, sharing customer insights to update departmental manuals and maintain expert technical knowledge of the product line. Requires heavy domestic travel with an initial onsite training period in Upstate New York.

- Must be able to provide onsite support and installations at customer locations
- Must be able to solve problems, diagnose and resolve issues
- Must be able to answer direct questions and resolve issues from customers
- Must be able to manage and update individual service tickets
- Must be able to ensure equipment is working properly on customer site
- Must be able to assist customers with process improvement and optimization
- Must be able to discern whether issues are warranty related or at the customer's expense
- Must be able to foster strong customer relationships through onsite visit, and after shipment service and installations
- Must be able to provide feedback regarding manual updates
- Must be able to lead, assist and support team members when performing runoff, installation, rework installation, or onsite service
- Must be able to share information learned from customer within department
- Must maintain expert level technical knowledge of PVA product line
- Must maintain confidentiality of customer information
- Must be customer centric
- Must have strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Must be a self-starter who works independently and in a team environment
- Must exhibit sound judgement
- Must be able to anticipate the implications and consequences of situations
