Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair cash automation equipment including counters, recyclers, and ATMs while traveling within a 100-mile radius of your home base. Diagnose system complications, perform preventative maintenance, and upgrade software and hardware for live machines. Communicate effectively with customers and QDS team members to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a rotating schedule of evening and weekend on-call assignments, frequent driving up to 6–8 hours daily, and physical activity including lifting objects up to 75 pounds. Candidates must live within 30 miles of Nashville, Gallatin, or Franklin and hold a valid driver's license with a clean record. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug test
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50-75 pounds
- Must live within 30 miles of Nashville, Gallatin, or Franklin
- Must be available for rotating schedule of evening and weekend on-call assignments
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree
- 1+ years of experience as a field service technician
- NCR Certification
- OEM ATM/ITM certification (Hyosung, NCR, Diebold, etc.)
- Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in installation or repair of cash automation equipment
- Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in office equipment
- Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in POS systems
- Past successful candidates have had experience or backgrounds in security equipment
- Past successful candidates have had electrical or HVAC backgrounds
- Clean and neat appearance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize travel schedule and manage time effectively
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- People person! Friendly and sociable with great relationship building skills – ability to create an instant rapport with customers
