Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician, your responsibilities include delivering expert service for cooling tower cleaning and water disinfection, providing technical support, building strong customer relationships, ensuring compliance with safety policies, executing chemistry tests, and maintaining inventories. This role requires hands-on experience in water treatment and mechanical environments, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license. Overnight travel of up to 10% is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in water treatment or an industrial/mechanical environment
- Current and valid Driver’s License with no restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or trade school certification
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Experience in water treatment or specialty chemical industry
- Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
