Job Summary
Maintain and repair bikeshare station terminals and components across an urban network. Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot station malfunctions, execute minor and major repairs, ensure power to the network by replacing batteries and charging at depot, inspect battery safety/functionality, demonstrate expertise in station hardware and software, operate a motor vehicle or bicycle as part of daily duties, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and complete special projects assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass motor vehicle record check
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Technical aptitude in electronics and mechanical systems
- Experience with electronics, repair, construction, or related fields preferred
- Comfort with voltmeter and hand/power tools
- Comfortable driving in urban environments
- Comfort with smartphones/apps/email/text
- Willingness to travel around urban environment
