Job Summary
Field Service Technician for Motivate's New York bikeshare system; maintain and test station hardware and software, diagnose and repair station components, replace batteries, ensure power to stations, operate in an urban environment, complete reporting accurately, and perform special projects as assigned. Must have technical aptitude in electronics and mechanical systems, be comfortable using tools and devices, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds while working outdoors across a city environment. Full-time with morning/evening shifts and potential schedule changes under the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
