Job Summary
Field Service Technician who installs, maintains, and repairs Culligan Quench equipment including filtered water systems, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. The role is customer-facing and requires a professional demeanor, technical skill, and commitment to safe work practices. Responsibilities include driving to customer locations to install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment; routinely replacing water filters, cleaning and sanitizing tanks, changing UV bulbs, and clearing water lines; inspecting equipment for leaks and safety concerns; following safety policies and site procedures; maintaining the company vehicle and logs; transporting and operating equipment and tools; documenting service work using a tablet or mobile device; providing professional and timely customer service at each site; and maintaining regular attendance. Training is provided to ensure success in the position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid, active driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs
- Ability to operate a company vehicle
- Professional, service-minded demeanor
