Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Technician to manage operational tasks in the field, ensure compliance with service indicators, conduct audits, and support technicians with training and task execution. The role requires a high school diploma, technical training in telecommunications, and at least 2 years of experience in HFC networks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachiller de Secundaria
- Técnico en Redes, Telecomunicaciones, Cableado estructurado o Redes de cobre
- Mínimo de 2 años como técnico de redes HFC
- Experiencia de 1 año en manejo de personal
- Licencia de conducir B1
Desired Qualifications
- Nivel básico de inglés es un plus
- Manejo de paquetes de MS Office
- Conocimiento en la instalación y resolución de averías en redes CATV HFC, DTH, FTTH
- Conocimiento sobre los productos que se comercializan sobre redes HFC, DTH, FTTH
