Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, preventative maintenance, and diagnostics of product inspection and systems equipment; perform breakdown support, verifications, calibrations, and validations to meet industry standards; travel regularly to customer sites to provide technical support and maintain vehicle stock to ensure high first-time fix rates; manage administrative tasks and achieve KPIs while upholding quality at METTLER TOLEDO.
Required Qualifications
- Background in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering
- Experience with field service or on-site technical support (installation, commissioning, maintenance)
- Ability to travel regularly to customer sites for on-site support
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for equipment breakdowns
- Knowledge of audits, calibrations, and validation processes in industry standards
- Vehicle stock management and administrative task capability
