Job Summary
Field Service Technician responsible for servicing and maintaining office equipment at customer locations within Merrillville, IN, driving a company vehicle, and delivering professional customer service. Duties include repairing, maintaining, and servicing multifunction devices, diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining inventory of parts and tools, following safety procedures, and representing Applied Innovation positively. Training is provided; prior field service or technical repair experience is a plus but not required. Requires strong mechanical/technical aptitude, organization and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and a customer-focused mindset. Work hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, in a full-time role with a company-provided vehicle and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
