Field Service Technician/Mechanic

Job Summary
Perform inspections to determine failure causes, plan repair sequences, and recondition machine components in the field. Pre-order necessary parts, execute repairs safely while maintaining cosmetic standards and a clean work area, and keep daily records of time, parts, and supplies. Maintain shop tools, vehicles, and personal protective equipment while communicating with customers and co-workers with respect. This role requires 3-5 years of equipment technician experience, independent field work capability, and a clean driving history. Spanish speaking is valued. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years working as equipment technician
- Be able to work independently of direct supervision in a field environment
- Must have an inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs
- Clean driving history
Desired Qualifications
- Contribution to spirit of teamwork and cooperation through the branch location, specifically with parts personnel and other service technicians
- Spanish speaking is valued
- A technical school certificate or equivalent experience in mechanical repairs is preferred
- Prior experience as a field service technician preferred
