Job Summary
Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical and electrical components and systems for printing, corrugated, and packaging machinery. Perform troubleshooting, programming, and documentation while providing remote support and maintaining up-to-date OEM training. Report issues and complete detailed documentation for all field service activities. This entry-level role involves extensive travel to customer locations near an International Airport. Schedule includes day shifts Monday through Friday with ample overtime and occasional on-call rotation.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance
- Experience with electrical systems; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring
- Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies
- Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming and provide recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date training while providing remote support
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation
