Job Summary
Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical and electrical components for label and packaging production equipment at customer locations. Perform troubleshooting, documentation, and issue reporting while servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, drills, and taps, with soldering experience preferred. Requires extensive travel across Massachusetts and occasional on-call rotation. Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime available. MasterTech seeks candidates with specific Corrugated and/or Sheetfed experience in Prepress and PostPress machinery.
Required Qualifications
- Previous Corrugated experience in Prepress and/or PostPress machinery
- Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring
- Basic to advanced level experience servicing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation
- MT1
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred
- Previous experience using oscilloscopes, drills, taps, etc
- Soldering experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and communication
